Scope of Work Work consists of the replacement of four (4) exterior decks, the supporting walls between the decks, railings, siding, flashing, deck membranes, painting and other related assemblies on Building S to match new decks completed in previous phases. The lower floor patio is off-line as the two decks above are reconstructed. All responses shall be in the form of Addenda. All Bids must be received by KCHA no later than the above due date and time. No Bids will be accepted after that date and time. As a condition of award Performance and Payment bonds for 100% of the Contract Award Amount shall be furnished for the Work. On contracts of one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000.00) or less, at Contractors option the requirement may be waived in lieu of an additional 5% (total 10%) retainage.
