As of September 23, 2025, there were no bidders, and it never went back out to bid. Scope of Work The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and insurance to perform all work required for the project known as REPAIRS TO THE ESSEX PUBLIC SAFETY FACILITY (the Project) in strict accordance with the Contract Documents which are dentified herein and are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.Repairs to the Essex Public Safety Facility Specifications and bid forms in electronic form may be obtained at the Essex Town Hall by making a request to Brendhan Zubricki at bzubricki@essexma.org. The total time period for completion of all Work required under this Contract is 100 consecutive calendar days. Work performed beyond the 100 consecutive calendar day period will be subject to liquidated damages in the amount of $1,000 for each consecutive calendar day. Contractors may pick up bid packages at the Essex Town Hall during regular business hours or by e-mailing bzubricki@essexma.org. Bids must be submitted on official Proposal forms in a sealed envelope clearly marked REPAIRS TO ESSEX PUBLIC SAFETY FACILITY . The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
