The City of Santa Monica, (referred to hereafter as "the City") is soliciting bids from experienced, individual professional cabling contractors to perform cabling and IDF build out services on an as-required basis. The professional cabling contractors selected as a result of this solicitation will be contracted for an initial term of 2 years, with 3 one-year options to renew, to be exercised at the City's sole discretion. Question Deadline 04/18/2024 at 3:00 PM PT The City will only accept or respond to questions submitted through electronically. Question Response Deadline: April 25, 2024, 5:00pm The City further reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality or irregularity in any bid or the bidding procedure, and to delete any items of work in the award of contract.
