Site work for a municipal facility in Fairbanks, Alaska. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
Construction Range: $200,000 - $400,000. The Work consists of improving the existing large animal holding structure at the University of Alaska Fairbanks Troth Yeddha Campus Large Animal Research Station in Fairbanks, Alaska, by modifying and installing interior cages; building new exterior enrichment pens; building new secondary containment perimeter fencing; and reorienting existing ATCO, water, power, and data systems. Bid security is required to be submitted with each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. State law requires a bid to be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible Alaska Bidder after bidder preferences and Alaska Products Preferences have been applied. Further instructions are contained within the Instructions to Bidders. The University of Alaska reserves the right to reject any or all bids, offers, or parts thereof it deems necessary, to waive any informality in the bid or offer received, and to award in the best interest of the University. Substantial Completion shall be achieved on November 30, 2024. All work shall be completed within 30 days from the date of Substantial Completion
