This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by MacEwan University (the "University") to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for Project Management Services - School of Business The SB building will be located on the southeast corner of 105 Avenue and 109 Street, north of the Christenson Family Centre for Sport and Wellness and the SAMU Building. The building is a 35,000 sqm - 7 storey building with an additional mezzanine level, one level of sub-structure (parkade), and a mechanical penthouse. MacEwan University is seeking the services of a Project Manager and team to assist in project management and project coordination of the School of Business building project (The Project). The Project Manager's personnel will act as the project manager for the university in its relationship with constructors and consultants and will coordinate the ultimate transition of the administration from the Construction Manager to the university. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
