HACP is issuing this 3 Quote Bid ("3QB") for qualified and interested business firms to submit sealed bids for an Interior Sliding Automatic Door as outlined in the attached 3 Quote Bid documents. Location: Pressley Street High Rise 601 Pressley Street Pittsburgh, PA 15212 The Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh has identified that Pressley High Rise needs an Interior Sliding Automatic Door Question Deadline: N/A Furnish and install: o One Single Sliding, Telescoping Door Package with Motion/Presence Safety System o Two Doorway holding beams o Emergency breakaway on all door leafs o Narrow Stile Door Construction o 4" Bottom Rails o 4" Intermediate Rails o 1/4 " Clear Tempered Glass o Fail secure electric solenoid locking with recessed panic hardware in the Muntins preventing doors from being pried open from exterior. o Double bevel thresholds across the openings o Color to match existing equipment. o Demo and haul away old door package 1 year warranty.
