Reference number : 1835590 Deadline for receiving complaints: 2024-04-25 Electronically transmitted submission accepted: No Construction works The La Tuque Municipal Housing Office, also called "project owner", is requesting bids for parking repair work to be carried out on the grounds of the building located at 400, rue St-François, in the municipality of La Tuque, according to a fixed price contract. The duration of the work will be approximately five (5) weeks. INFORMATION: General contractors and subcontractors will obtain all information by contacting: Mr. Dave Poudrier, technician - building, at the following telephone number: 819 378-5438 or by email: dpoudrier@omhtr.ca . SUBMISSION GUARANTEE: In the form of a bond by authorized company, equivalent to: 10% of the bid amount or a certified check, a money order, a bank draft payable to the applicant for the work (OMH La Tuque) , an irrevocable letter of guarantee for the benefit of said applicant or bonds payable to bearer. These must be issued or guaranteed by the government of Quebec or Canada and the maturity must not exceed five years. The value of these bonds must be equivalent to 5% of the bid amount and be valid for 60 days from the deadline for submission of bids. The guarantee must be attached to the bid. The La Tuque Municipal Housing Office is not required to accept the lowest or any of the bids received. award is subject to final approval.
