Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Manistique, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and playground / park / athletic field.
The City of Manistique is seeking bids for the construction of the MDNR Trust Fund Development Grant #TF17-0097: Walk Manistique Riverside Pathway, Phase 1 that includes the following major items of work: o Installing an aggregate walking path, aggregate parking lot, vault toilet building, and other related work. Question Deadline 05/14/2024 The City of Manistique reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids at its discretion. No bid shall be accepted unless accompanied by a bid security payable to the City of Manistique in an amount not less than 5% of the base bid. State or Federal funds are being used to assist in construction and relevant State or Federal requirements will apply. Prevailing wage rates will not be required for this project.
