Site work and paving for a road / highway in Upper Augusta Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Furnish and place 556 Ton Asphalt Wearing and 150 Ton Asphalt Base Bond Notes: Preformance Bond and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% and Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contract is required of all bidders, as well as proof of worker's compensation insurance will be required within 20 days of receiving notice of being awarded the bid to each municipality. All work and aterial must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Central Susquehanna Council of Government. Owner Rights: The COG reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Prevailing Wage Rates shall be paid on the Northumberland Borough and Shamokin Township projects.
