It is declared and acknowledged intention and meaning of these contract documents to provide and secure Water Distribution System, Sanitary Sewer System and Drainage Facilities, Paving and Appurtenances, complete and ready for use. All work and materials shall be provided in strict conformity with the Plans and Specifications. Proposals tendered after closing will be returned unopened. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a proposal guarantee in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond, drawn to the order of HF Holding Company, LLC (Owner) in the minimum amount of Five Percent (5%) of the total amount bid, as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract, within Ten (10) days after receipt of contract documents. Bids without check or bidders bond will not be considered. Plans and specifications will be available for review at the offices of LJA Engineering, Inc., Associated General Contractors of Texas, Construct Connect, and Amtek Information Service, Inc.
