As of August 16, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. For Construction of the Water, Sanitary Sewer and Drainage Facilities, & Paving and Appurtenances to Serve The Woodlands Hills Section 43, Montgomery County Municipal Utility District No. 128A for HF Holding Company, LLC or its assigns. It is declared and acknowledged intention and meaning of these contract documents to provide and secure Water Distribution System, Sanitary Sewer System and Drainage Facilities, Paving and Appurtenances, complete and ready for use. All work and materials shall be provided in strict conformity with the Plans and Specifications. Proposals tendered after closing will be returned unopened. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a proposal guarantee in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond, drawn to the order of HF Holding Company, LLC (Owner) in the minimum amount of Five Percent (5%) of the total amount bid, as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract, within Ten (10) days after receipt of contract documents. Bids without check or bidders bond will not be considered. Contractor agrees to furnish all labor, materials and other requirements as set forth herein or as required to perform and complete in a workmanlike and expeditious manner, with adequate, skilled and competent workmen, in strict compliance with the Contract Documents, the rules, regulations and standards of the Development Standards Committee of The Woodlands, all applicable Federal, State, County and Municipal regulations, customs, codes, laws and ordinances, and in conformity with the directions of Owner, Owner's Superintendent or the Architect/Engineer, the following (herein called "the Work"): Plans and specifications will be available for review at the offices of LJA Engineering, Inc., Associated General Contractors of Texas, Construct Connect, and Amtek Information Service, Inc.
