Egress windows. 5. 8- framed interior fixed walls built from c3x4.5 structural channel and sheeted with 10 ga steel. 6. 4- framed interior fixed walls with built in 36" fire doors. Built from c3x4.5 structural channel and sheeted with 10ga steel. 7. 1- Denver drill spec window prop with hallway. 8. 1- forcible entry doors. Doors located 1 on 1st floor and second located on 2nd floor. 9. 3- sets of interior stairs in the breezeway portion of the building. 1-set of interior switchback stairs that are accessed from the first floor and lead to the second floor, simulating residential stairway or used as a top-down scenario simulating basement fire. 10. 3-exterior/'interior stair landings with 42" guard rail with Toe board. 12. 32 ln/ft of 8ft wide work platforms and 14 ln/ft 4' wide work platforms built from c6x8.2 structural channel decked with 1/8" tread plate decking, work platforms include 42" ht. guardrails built from 2x2x1/8" sq. tubing. Guardrails are modular and can be removed easily via 3/8" hardware. Guard rails are built in 96" sections. Guard rails have 4''x1/8" toe boards attached. Guard rails are coated with safety yellow in accordance with OSHA spec. 13. 36 ln/ft of insulated burn rooms. This equates to 4 individual burn rooms. Two on the first floor, 1 on the second floor and 1 on the third floor. Burn rooms have hatchways and drains to remove water and debris. Bum rooms are built using the steel bolt together panels. Walls and Ceilings are lined with 3" 2600 deg ceramic refractory insulation and covered with modular steel bolt panels. The burn rooms are built to be a floating wall and ceiling system to eliminate warping and thermal shock. There are no GPM or fire stream limitations with the systems. 14. 3- 3 story dry standpipe system located in breezeway built from 3" pipe. Fully welded no slip fittings used. 15. 3- 30" confined space repel hole that spans three floors of the breezeway section of the building. 16. Total interior training sqft- 4160
