To furnish all necessary Project Management, Superintendence, labor, machinery, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, and appurtenances to complete all the Work upon which is within these Contract Documents. Any required overtime and similar costs to complete the Project within the above stated days, is included. -The Project consists of the renovation of the fleet office in the MC Connors Building stair tower to add a single use restroom. -Existing Work: 1. Remove or alter existing work in such a manner as to prevent injury or damage to any portions of the existing work which remain. 2. Repair or replace portions of existing work which have been altered during construction operations to match existing or adjoining work, as approved by the Owner's Representative.
