Purchase Steel Structures GENERAL The scope of work shall consist of designing, detailing, manufacturing, and delivering steel pole structures. These specifications are intended to establish design conditions and to describe the type, general construction, and specific features of the steel structures specified herein. Structures shall be of the general configuration and design characteristics as that shown on LES structure standard drawing included with the bid documents. To be included are all structural framing members such as poles, anchor bolt cages, arms, braces, and all associated hardware items. Not to be included are pier foundations, insulators, or any conductor support hardware. The details shown on the LES structure standard drawing are intentionally generalized to allow the manufacturer to utilize their standard methods and details while meeting the LES structural and dimensional requirements. In the event there is any question as to assembly, design or material specifications during the bidding process, Bidders shall submit their question online through the LES Procurement Portal. Lincoln Electric System is requesting bids to furnish and deliver FOB, Lincoln, Nebraska, T-23-01 steel structures as per LES Specifications included in this bid solicitation.
