SCOPE:- This project is for the HMA improvements for the following streets: W. Canal Dr. (N. Kellogg St. to Edison St.) W. Grandridge Blvd. (N. Center Parkway to W. Gage Blvd.) W. Clearwater Ave. (N. Steptoe St. to Columbia Center Blvd.) W. 10th Ave. (US-395 to S. Quincy Place) W. Creekstone Dr. / Kellogg St. (W. 20th Ave. to S. Irving St.) Work will involve planning (grinding) as called for on the plans, HMA overlay, HMA patching repair of miscellaneous failed areas, concrete sidewalk, curb, ramp upgrades, pavement lane striping, crosswalks, stop bars, markings, cast-in-place traffic curbing and other related work. If unable to reach Public Purchase, contact the City of Kennewick Public Works Department at 509-585-4283. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish a satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the City of Kennewick.
