FCPS will provide door wraps where required to retro fit existing doors to accept the lock. Vendor will be responsible for installing all locks in intended working order and will report any adverse door conditions or damage to FCPS When specified, each bid/proposal shall be accompanied by a bid bond with surety satisfactory to the School Board or a cashier's check or money order in an amount equal to 5 percent or the total bid price. The Contractor expressly understands and agrees that any performance bond or insurance shall in no way limit the responsibility to indemnify, keep and save harmless and defend the School Board as herein provided.
