The City of Mequon is seeking proposals per Wisconsin Statutes 61.55 from qualified contractors for a three-year contract for maintenance of the city owned medians, sign beds, and parking areas listed in the project scope below. The contract shall include all labor, material, and disposal to complete the tasks listed. Billing for the work proposed shall be four equal payments falling between April 15 - November 15. A tutorial of the different locations can be done upon request. Contract shall start May 15, 2024 and conclude November 20, 2026 Questions for the city should be gathered into one email communication from the prospective bidder and submitted to Mike Gies, Parks & Forestry Superintendent at mgies@ci.mequon.wi.us. All inquires must be received by April 30th, 2024. All inquiries made by prospective bidders will be answered by the City by April 25th and will be submitted to all interested parties in order to ensure that all parties are operating with the same information.
