Site work for a water / sewer project in Kimberling City, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Demolition and removal of existing 100,000 gallon bolted steel tank, erection of new 100,000 gallon bolted tank, leveling of existing foundation pad, and portable water supply system. Contractor shall be solely and exclusively responsible for the methods and means of performing the Work under this Agreement. Contractor shall be liable and responsible for any and all work, acts or omissions performed by any consultants, subcontractors and/or contractors retained by Contractor to perform any portion of the Work. The Works shall be performed in accordance with the Modified Standard General Conditions of Construction Contract (General Conditions) attached as Exhibit A The Work is generally described as follows: Sandblasting, repainting, seam sealing, and miscellaneous spot repairs for a 100,000-gallon ground storage tank including appurtenances Project Description. The Project for which the Work under the Contract Documents may be the whole or only a part is generally described as follows: OZARK MOUNTAIN RESORT WELL NO. 1 NEW 100,000 GALLON, BOLTED GROUND STORAGE TANK, KIMBERLING CITY, MISSOURI
