DeSoto County is one of the fastest growing counties in Mississippi. The county is bordered by Memphis, Tennessee, to the north and covers 478 square miles with five municipalities DeSoto County is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to supply guardrails throughout the county for the DeSoto County Department of Road Management. It is the intent of DeSoto County to award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible vendor. The county will base the recommendation on the information included in the bid response, including, but not limited to price, delivery, compliance to specifications, etc. bid dates Nites: : The bid period is one year with the option to renew for an additional one year upon agreement of the parties. Automobile General Liability, including owned, hired, and non-owned autos: $500,000 per person $1,000,000 per occasion c.
