Site work and paving for a golf course in Springfield, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a golf course; and for paving for a golf course.
The project shall consist of, but not be limited to, a total of approximately 1,249 sq. yd. of 2" bituminous surface course (6' wide over existing gravel), 188 sq. yd. of 2" bituminous surface course (over existing asphalt), 207 sq. yd. of 2" bituminous surface course w/ 4" aggregate base course, 6' wide, compacted CA-6 (includes existing full depth pavement removal) and 110 sq. yd. of existing pavement removal (bituminous surface over aggregate base). An accompanying bid bond shall be equal to 10% of the total bid price The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond for the full amount of the bid accepted. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive technicalities and minor irregularities in bidding, and to award a Contract for any part of the Work or the Project as a whole.
