The City of Maple Ridge (the City) requests Proposals from experienced and qualified firms to supply, install, and maintain Transit Shelters throughout Maple Ridge, BC. The successful firm will be required to supply and install the transit shelter infrastructure, concrete pads, electrical infrastructure, and provision of all maintenance services to ensure the safety and cleanliness of the shelters. The transit shelters shall remain the property of and sole responsibility of the successful Proponent. Currently, the City’s contract with Pattison Outdoor Advertising provides for the supply, installation, and maintenance of 25 transit shelters throughout the City as well as advertising revenue. This contract is expiring, and the City is looking to establish a new contract for transit shelters at the existing locations, to increase the number of transit shelters in the City core and peripheral areas and provide advertising revenue.
