Renovation of an educational facility in Geneseo, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The State University of New York College at Geneseo is currently seeking proposals to provide and install Audio Video equipment items in its newly renovated Milne Library. CR Number: 2108908 Contract Period It is expected that the selected supplier will commence services following the award of this purchase and all installation work will take place during the period between August 1st 2024 and October 1st 2024. Upon completion, all hardware is expected to be fully wired and functional. Scope of Services Provide and install all Audio Video equipment items as identified in 'Attachment A - Cost Bid Submission Form'. Installation will include all necessary wires, cables, speaker wires, connectors, cable ties, cabinet racks, programming, and licensing required for a complete professional functioning installation. All installation will be completed on premises at SUNY Geneseo's Milne Library, located at 1 College Circle, Geneseo, NY 14454. New York State Prevailing Wage Rates apply (PRC #2024004100). The vendor awarded this procurement must send in certified payrolls with their insurance. Question Deadline 04/26/2024 at 5:00 PM
