Site work for a road / highway in Sherwood, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Project Description The Work to be done under this Contract consists of the construction of the following items: 1. Installation of approximately 900 linear feet of aesthetic barrier fence between a state highway (OR 99W) and a local roadway (SW Alexander Lane). 2. Installation of approximately 300 linear feet of 4' tall chain link fence to match existing chain link fence & gate installed at SW Smith Avenue. 3. Landscaping (street trees, plans, shrubs, groundcover, mulch, etc.) restoration. 4. Temporary irrigation for landscaping establishment. 5. Engineer's Estimate = $420,000.00. Questions can be submitted BY EMAIL ONLY to watersj@sherwoodoregon.gov by 2:00 P.M. (local time) on Friday, May 3rd, 2024, four (4) days prior to bid opening to receive responses. A log of all questions received and answers provided via email will be memorialized via addendum no later than 72-hours prior to the Bid Opening date & time.
