Reference Number 0000348576 The City of Gloucester hereby solicits sealed bids from responsive and responsible Landscape Professionals to provide Landscape and Maintenance services for Magnolia Woods recreation Area and other youth and adult sporting fields as needed, including but not limited to spring and fall clean ups, regular mowing/trimming and fertilization services of City owned property in accordance with the provisions of the Massachusetts General Laws, chapter 30B. Service specifications are detailed below. The contracted services will be managed through the Public Works. The estimated purchase value is $60,000 annually. The City provides this estimate from historical information for bidding purposes only. The actual usage will be based on the City's need. The contract will be for one year with the option to renew for 2 additional 1 year periods at the sole discretion of the City.
