Renovation of a multi-residential development in Thunder Bay, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The District of Thunder Bay Social Services Administration Board (TBDSSAB) invites Bid Submissions (Bids) from qualified contractors for the upgrade and replacement of the existing emergency lighting at McLaughlin Court, 824 McLaughlin St, Thunder Bay, ON. Provide all necessary labour, materials, and equipment for the supply and installation of new LED emergency lighting fixtures, as shown on drawings E1 and E2, including all associated junction boxes, battery packs, wiring, conduit, circuit breakers, and accessories. Contractor is responsible to coordinate the provision of all labour, materials, and equipment to generate a complete and working system as intended. There are a total of 14 new emergency lights to be installed in the building stairwells. Electrical Licenses Electrical contractors must maintain all licenses and certificates of approval to perform work in accordance with all applicable legislations and regulations as per Electrical Safety Authority (ESA) regulations and the Ontario Electrical Safety Code. The successful contractor will be required to submit proof of credentials upon award prior to starting electrical work for any TBDSSAB site.
