Awards will be made to the best responsible bidder as determined by the City of Ringgold. The quality of the articles to be supplied, their conformity with the specifications, their suitability to requirements, experience and delivery terms shall be taken into consideration. The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds with the executed Agreement meeting the requirements of the Contract Documents. The City may consider Award of the Contract to other than the low Bidder. Watson Circle o Paving is to start at Meadow Lane and end at Meadow Lane. o Watson Circle is .07 LM and 20 feet wide. o Traffic control will be needed. Gale Street o Paving is to start at Emberson and end at Legion Street. o Gale Street is .26 LM and 24 feet wide. o Traffic control will be needed. Legion Street o Paving is to start at Cotter Street and end at Lafayette Street. o Ridge Street is .30 LM and 28 feet wide. o Traffic control will be needed. White Oak Drive o Paving is to start at Calhoun Street and dead end on White Oak Drive. o Watson Circle is .31 LM and 18 feet wide. o Traffic control will be needed.
