Remodeling of a clubhouse / community center in Bedford, Texas. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 14,000-square-foot clubhouse / community center.
The Offeror shall provide all materials, services, and labor necessary for the complete remodel of an approximately 14,000 sf building and associated site work as identified in the Drawings. The new senior center will located at 3524 Central Drive, Bedford Texas 76021. The City reserves the right to reject any or all submittals, to seek additional or new submittals, negotiate terms and conditions, to waive technicalities or informalities and to accept any submittal deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
