PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project consists of the construction of a concrete parking addition to the existing parking area for the Maneuver Enhancement Brigade Facility. The concrete military vehicle parking lot shall be approximately 4,200 square yards and located directly north of the existing facility. There shall be an entrance on County Rd 1300 E to the parking addition and a driveway connecting to the existing parking area. The fencing for the facility shall be 8' tall with 1' of barbwire and the gates shall be rolling gates for ease of access. Lighting for the facility shall be equal to or better than the existing conditions. Drainage will be a combination of swales and storm sewers. Contractor shall commence work immediately upon receipt of the Authorization to Proceed and shall complete all work through Substantial Completion in accord with the contract no later than September 30th, 2024. The contractor shall complete all work in accordance with the contract (Final Acceptance) within 30 consecutive calendar days from the date of Substantial Completion.
