Renovation of a museum in Kingman, Arizona. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.
Project Description: The City of Kingman, Arizona ("City) will accept sealed bids from qualified firms to provide roof repairs. The POWERHOUSE ROOF REPAIR PROJECT is located at 120 W. Andy Devine Avenue, within the city of Kingman. The project will consist of repairs to the existing corrugated metal roof by applying a roof coating to repair current existing leaks, as well as prevent future leaks and damage to the historic building. It is expected that all work will be completed by June 30, 2024. Bids must be submitted on the Proposal Form provided and be accompanied by an unconditional certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond for not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid, payable to the City of Kingman. Delays due to mail and/or delivery services will not be considered excusable to the time requirements contained within this RFB. The City of Kingman reserves the right to retain all proposals submitted and to use any ideas in a proposal, regardless of whether that proposal is selected. Submission of a proposal indicates acceptance by the proposer of the conditions contained in this request for proposal. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
