The period of this standing offer is for a one-year term starting from 01 June 2024 to 31 May 2025. The Standing Offer may be extended for two (2) additional one (1) year extension options. The City has an ongoing requirement for Fuel System Maintenance and Repair Services on an as and when requested basis (the Work) on all City-owned Fuel System(s) (including, but not limited to: Fuel Tanks, Dispenser Cabinets, Dispenser Hoses and Fuel Systems connected to generators (the Equipment) in accordance with the Specifications, set forth herein. Vendor must also be able to maintain internally or through contracted services both Electric Vehicle Charging Stations and Hydrogen Fuel Systems. The scope of services shall include, but are not limited to: Annual Inspection and Preventative Maintenance/Repairs of all Equipment. Monthly Inspections and Preventative Maintenance and Repairs of all Equipment; and On-call Maintenance and Repairs of all Equipment, as and when required by the City.
