The Woodford County Board reserves the right to reject any and or all proposals, to waive technicalities, and to accept the most responsible and responsive bid to the needs and time table of Woodford County, Illinois. All work is subject to Woodford County minimum wage. Description of work: The proposed improvements consist of widening and HMA resurfacing of FAS 364 (County Highway 13), North of US Route 24, from County Rd. 1000 N. to County Rd. 1150 N. with aggregate shoulders and open ditches. The work also includes earthwork, pipe culvert removal and replacement, repair to SN 102-3197, erosion control, guardrail removal and installation, and collateral work. The total length of the improvement is approximately 1.53 miles. The undersigned agrees to complete the work within 100 working days or by is granted in accordance with the specifications
