Renovation of a multi-residential development in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
This work is to include replacing the existing natural gas generator and transfer switch with new. This work also includes rewiring existing exit lighting, interior corridor, and exterior egress lighting to comply with the lates codes. All contractors shall meet in the main lobby of Grand Court Apartments Instructions to bidders, bid form, general conditions of the contract, specifications, and contract drawings are included as part of the specification manual. No bid may be withdrawn after the hour set for the opening of bids nor prior to the award of the contract. Bid and Performance Bonds will be required. The Fond du Lac Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part part or combination thereof, to waive any informality in bidding. DATE OF COMPLETION Pre-installation work for this project shall start no earlier than May 15, 2024. Substantial completion shall occur no later than the end of the day, May 16, 2025 with final completion shall occur no later than end of day, May 23, 2025.
