No Pre-Bid Conference Data Found Scope of Work The City of Irving Capital Improvement Program Department invites Multi-Disciplinary Firms, and any other qualified professionals to submit qualification statements to provide professional services for the design of a new fire station to be located at 5675 Riverside Drive. The city is planning to pursue a LEED Certified rating for this project. To facilitate LEED Certification, the city is advertising to hire a Commissioning Authority to oversee Commissioning services associated with the design and construction of the new fire station. There will be no pre-submittal conference in conjunction with this RFP. The City of Irving strongly encourages bidders to submit their response to this bid electronically.
