Request for Proposals for Complete Demolition & Clean-Up Hoop Houses & Burned Structures SCOPE OF WORK 1. The Contractor shall coordinate with and obtain the approval of all entities exercising jurisdiction over the site, including Navajo Nation. 2. The Contractor shall coordinate with Navajo Tribal Utility Authority and the Navajo Nation in regard to site utilities. Should utility retirement become necessary, the cost shall be included in the proposal. 3. Completely demolish and dispose of the thirteen (13) high tunnel hoop-house structures; concrete piering foundations; burned building debris, office and shower buildings, corrals; fencing, and other debris that are scattered throughout the site. All waste materials resulting from the demolition operations shall be promptly removed and legally disposed of. 4. The entire site shall be graded to a smooth finish, raked and left free of any debris. 5. At the completion of the project, furnish a project summary and all information and reports that may be required by offices that have jurisdiction over the work.
