Gut Bathroom to Studs and Rebuild, No Changes in Existing Plumbing Anticipated, Remove Tub and Change to Stand Up Shower, Replace Sink and Toilet, Change Flooring, Add Ventilation, Change Lighting, Close Up One Wall in Bathroom to Make Space for Front Hall Closet. Build New Kitchen in Existing Dining Room. We Will Provide Basic Layout. Measurements Are Estimated. Bidders Should Measure Space Themselves for Accuracy. Close One Wall in Dining Room, Install Upper & Lower Cabinets, New Sink, Reuse Gas Stove, Remove Radiator and Replace With Toe-kick Heaters, Replace Flooring, Extend Gas Line, Modify Plumbing. Change Paint. Proposals Should Include a Cashier's Check for 10% of the Estimate, Payable to Nepa Youth Shelter. Nepa Youth Shelter Reserved the Right to Reject Any and All Bids.
