This project, located in Rathdrum, Idaho, involves the construction of approximately 4,500 linear feet of 10-inch gravity sewer main, and one duplex lift station and supporting infrastructure. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashier s check or cash in the amount of 5% of the amount of the bid proposal. Said bid security shall be forfeited to the Owner as liquidated damages should the successful bidder fail to enter into contract in accordance with their proposal as specified in the Instructions to Bidders.
