This procurement is for the installation of a Video Surveillance System (VSS) for the William L. Guy Federal Building, located at 220 E. Rosser Ave, Bismarck, ND 58501. The contractor shall perform VSS installation as required in the Statement of Work (SOW). B. The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, management, expertise, transportation, supervision, training, equipment rental, certificates of insurance, licenses and permits to provide the services in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). C. All work shall be completed within 90 business days following the Notice to Proceed issued by the Contracting Officer. D. After award to the successful contractor, the Government has the right to inspect the equipment and refuse acceptance of the equipment if it is damaged or does not function properly. All costs required to provide a finished working product shall be borne by the contractor. E. DHS/Federal Protective Services (FPS) is not responsible for any job-related injuries that occur while working on Federal Government property. F. The Service Contract Act applies to this request for quotes (RFQ). The applicable wage determination (WD) is 2015-5379, Revision 21, dated 12/26/2023.
