Renovation of a financial development in Prattville, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 10,380-square-foot financial development.
General Project Description 1. The Project consists of alterations to approximately 10,380 SF of the former Whitney Hancock Bank, located at 124 West Main Street, to prepare office suites for various entities. 2. Incidental mechanical and electrical work will be required on the 2nd and 3rd floors as well. The entire project shall be completed in 180 consecutive calendar days. Guarantee will be required with each bid for at least 5% of the amount of the bid filed in the form of a certified check or Bid Bond payable to the City of Prattville. Bid Bonds shall include certification that the bonding company is listed in Circular 570 of the U.S. Treasury Department. Each bidder must submit with their bid, security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. The successful bidder will be required to submit a 100% performance bond and a 50% payment bond. No bid documents will be distributed later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled opening of bids.
