As of May 9, 2024, the Bear Electrical Solutions, Inc. was awarded for the electrical in the amount of $114,950.00 and Silicon Valley Paving Inc. for the Grading & Paving in the amount of $529,764.00. SCUSD Metal Shade Structure Briarwood Elementary School. Scope of Services The Project is generally described as grading and paving of selected hardcourt areas and electrical service for the shade structure project at Briarwood Elementary School. The District intends to construct the Project by awarding the prime contract to a prime contractor who is in direct privity of contract with the District for a specific scope of Work. Bid Proposals are requested for the following Bid Package (Contractors License requirement in parentheses): Bid Package 26.01 - Electrical (C-10) Bid Package 32.01 - Grading & Paving (A or C-12) A Contract, if awarded, will be by action of the District's Board of Education to the responsible Bidder submitting the lowest priced responsive Bid Proposal for a Bid Package. The District reserves the right to reject any or all Bid Proposals or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any Bid Proposal or in the bidding.
