As of May 23, 2024 this project was awarded to Pamar Enterprise Inc. with the awarded amount of $3,288,392.24. The project includes the following approximate quantities: Conc Pavt with Integral Curb, Nonreinf, 9 inch 13073 Syd Sidewalk, Conc, 4 inch 3209 Sft Sewer, Cl E, 12 inch, Tr Det B 451 Ft Driveway, Nonreinf Conc, 8 inch, Modified 611 Syd Water Main, 8 Inch, Tr Det G 331 Ft Water Main, 12 Inch, Tr Det G 2080 Ft All vendors, including Minority (MBE), Women (WBE) and Disadvantaged (DBE) Business Enterprise contractors, subcontractors and material suppliers are encouraged to bid on this City of Southfield construction project as a subcontractor to a pre-qualified prime contractor. A certified check, cash or surety bid bond payable to the City of Southfield for a sum not less than five (5%) percent of the amount of the Proposal shall be required with each Proposal. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory performance, labor and material, and maintenance and guarantee bonds in the amount of 100% of the project. The City reserves the right to reject all bids and to waive any irregularities in the proposals. No bids may be withdrawn after the above date and time for receiving bids for a period of sixty (60) calendar days.
