Reference Number 0000352266 This Bid is for the removal of bio-solids, transport, and land application. The City intends to enter into an initial two (2) year contract. The contract is intended to be renewable for an additional two (2) one (1) year renewal options. The City currently produces approximately 1,200,000 gallons of class B liquid sludge per year. The City of Brooksville reserves the right to reject any or all responses and to waive any irregularities or informalities. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids in whole or in part; to award by any item, group(s) of items, total bid, or accept the bid that is most advantageous and in the best interest of the City. Bid date: The Original and Three (3) Copies of the Bid Must Be Submitted in a Sealed Envelope. Envelopes Containing Bids Must Be Identified as Bid Rfp-dpw-2024-0007 Marked on the Outside of the Envelope With Title, and Date Bids Are Scheduled to Be Received. Please Refrain From Using Staples or Binders; original and copies can be separated by individual envelopes or binder clips.
