Site work and paving for a road / highway in Mississauga, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Corporation of the City of Mississauga invites qualified vendors to submit bids for trail resurfacing. The project will involve reconstructing various trail sites in various parks throughout the City. The anticipated contract term is for 2024, with an optional extension for 2025. Without limiting the project scope, which is described in detail in the Contract Documents, the Work involves the reconstructing of existing park trails that are at the end of their lifecycle. This is not a mill and pave contract; full depth asphalt grinding is required. Services will include the pulverizing (average depth 125mm) of existing asphalt, blending and placement of this material (asphalt mixed with existing granular) with new granular (as warranted per site) and paving with new asphalt to City standards.
