New construction project will be accepted by Family & Community Services, Inc. at 11333 South Ave. Lima, Oh 44452 or via email using the instruction located on the company website Online. The project consists of the conversion of 14 storage containers and traditional build a single story 5668 sq. ft. building. A new single story 14 sleeping unit transitional housing for homeless veterans. The building will be a hybrid of shipping containers and conventional wood stud framing and trusses. Shared amenities include laundry, kitchen, living room, and pantry. Additional spaces included in the scope are offices, storage, and staff bathroom. The project is State of Ohio Prevailing Wage and is tax exempt. Bidders must provide all requested information on the website. Incomplete proposals will be considered informal and will not be considered. The bidder is responsible for monitoring the above-named website for any additional addenda.
