Renovation of a municipal facility in Lake Charles, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a two-story above grade municipal facility.
SCOPE OF WORK SUBCONTRACTOR shall perform the WORK in strict accordance with the contract documents, plans, specifications, drawings and all testing requirements, as applicable. The Work will comply with all applicable federal, state and local codes and regulations and performed in accordance with all applicable safety rules and regulations that may apply to the conditions or as may arise during the performance of the WORK. Provided SUBCONTRACTOR is timely paid all fees due and owing under this AGREEMENT, the WORK shall be delivered free from all liens or claims of laborers, materialmen, suppliers or subcontractors. SUBCONTRACTOR shall supervise and direct the WORK using its best skill and attention. SUBCONTRACTOR shall be solely responsible for all means, methods, techniques and procedures and for coordinating all portions of the WORK. SUBCONTRACTOR shall cooperate with CONTRACTOR to ensure that the WORK is performed in a timely and efficient manner and in conformity with the CONTRACTORs requirements. SUBCONTRACTOR shall plan, organize, record and report on the WORK in such a manner as CONTRACTOR may from time to time direct. SUBCONTRACTOR shall carry on the WORK such that no act or omission by the SUBCONTRACTOR shall constitute, cause or contribute to any breach by CONTRACTOR or any of its obligations under the MAIN CONTRACT.
