Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a civil project in Grand Prairie, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

Furnishing all labor, material, equipment and performing all work required for the DAY MIAR ROAD, and consisting of the following items and approximate quantities: 1750 CY of Unclassified Excavation 1350 CY of Compacted Fill 4620 SY of 9" Concrete Pavement 1430 SF of Retaining Walls 1090 CY of 8" Flexible Base 113 TONS of HMAC Paving 850 LF of Storm Drain RCP (18"-30") 22 LF of Storm Drain RCB (6'x4') Please direct all questions related to the design of this Project to the Q&A Section. The deadline to ask questions is 4/25/2024 3:00 PM CST It is further agreed by both parties hereto that all questions of dispute or adjustment presented by the CONTRACTOR shall be in writing and filed with the ENGINEER within thirty (30) days after the ENGINEER has given any directions, order, instruction or any event to which theCONTRACTOR desires to take exception. The ENGINEER shall reply within thirty (30) days to such written exceptions by the CONTRACTOR and render his final decision in writing. It is further agreed that final acceptance of the final payment shall be a bar to any claims by either party, except where noted otherwise in the Contract documents Estimate: $1,750,000.00
