Drinking Water and Non-Potable Water Facilities Equipment Maintenance, Repair and Replacement Services Description of Services: The Water Authority is seeking a contractor to provide materials, labor, tools, equipment, transportation and other items necessary for repair, replacement, or abandonment as required for wells, reservoirs, booster pump stations, water and wastewater treatment plants, and other system facility equipment and building modifications for the Plant Division of the Water Authority. The Plant Division of the Water Authority has over 92 well sites, 45 pump stations, 65 reservoirs, 6 arsenic removal treatment plants, one surface water treatment plant, and one water reclamation plant. All facilities are located in Bernalillo County. The Offeror shall provide for the repair, replacement, fabrication, modification, rehabilitation, abandonment, and demolition services for mechanical and electrical equipment, piping, instrumentation, and buildings. These services shall be performed on a scheduled or on an emergency basis at Water Authority well, reservoir, booster pump station, arsenic removal, water and wastewater treatment plant sites and other system facility sites as directed by the Water Authority, through Water Authority letters of authorization designating a work order number and scope of work for each job. The Offeror shall supply materials, labor, tools, equipment, transportation, and other facilities necessary for completion of the services specified in this Request for Proposals.
