Renovations to the Toronto Stadium to host the FIFA World Cup 2026 in Toronto. The proposed scope of work includes interior fit out of North and South Stand Skyboxes, Hospitality Lounge. Also included is temporary VIP expansion, including bridge to existing facility, structure and fit-out. The spaces include a combination of lunge space, seating, restrooms, HVAC, and kitchen spaces. TIMELINE: A Request For Proposals from Suppliers for Temporary Hospitality Services has been issued by the owner. The owner wishes to engage a Proponent(s) who will: Deliver design consultation and support during the pre-construction phase of the project, regarding all temporary hospitality structures to complement renovations to the Stadium and/or the fit-out of temporary stadium spaces for the FIFA World Cup 2026. Provide updated pricing at each design milestone for all temporary hospitality spaces and structures required for the renovations to the Stadium for the FIFA World Cup 2026. Updated pricing will be based on design updates. Provide, deliver, install, dismantle, and remove all temporary hospitality needed for the renovations to the Stadium for the FIFA World Cup 2026 within the project schedule constraints. Temporary hospitality may include: interior fit out of spaces, temporary build out of some spaces, temporary expansions of existing spaces, temporary restrooms, temporary kitchen spaces, and temporary HVAC.
