The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified consultants to Singleton Road Corridor Technology Improvements Project for the Department of Transportation. A five percent (5%) bid bond, a one hundred percent (100%) performance bond, and a one hundred percent (100%) payment bond must be furnished to Gwinnett County for any solicitation as required in the solicitation package or document All consultants are urged to attend. Questions regarding proposals should be directed to Michael Milstein, Purchasing Associate II at michael.milstein@gwinnettcounty.com or by calling 770-822-7811, no later than 3:00 PM on April 24, 2024. Proposals are legal and binding upon the vendor when submitted. All project activities must be completed, and final deliverables submitted by April 1, 2025 due to grant funding expiration. Gwinnett County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals to waive technicalities, and to make an award deemed in its best interest
