Bid on the construction of the Roof Replacement on the Harrisburg Covered Bridge, Harrisburg Road over the East Fork Pigeon River, Sevier County Highway Department Sevier County, Tennessee. All Bidders Must Be Licensed Contractors as Required by the Contractor Licensing Act of 1976, and as Passed By the 89th General Assembly of the State of Tennessee Each Bid must be accompanied by a certified check or by a Bidder s Bond executed by the Bidder and a surety company licensed to do business in Tennessee in the sum of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. The successful Bidder will be required to execute an acceptable performance and payment bond in the amount equal to 100 percent of the Contract price Sevier County reserves the right to waive any informalities in or to reject any or all bids.
