As of September 4, 2024, per owner, this project is still under review. An engineer has not yet been selected. The City of Aurora, Illinois (City) is in need of professional services from qualified engineering consultants for Phase III Construction Engineering Services for 3 separate federal resurfacing projects (Ashland, Prairie, & Liberty). As a part of the selection process, the interested consultants are required to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to perform the requested work. Attached are: 1. SOQ Requirements and Selection Criteria (page 2-6) 2. Scope of Services (page 7-11) 3. Location Maps (page 12-14) All questions must be received by 4:00 pm (CST) on Monday April 22, 2024. A response to all questions received will be posted on the City's website via addendum by 5:00 pm (CST) on Wednesday April 24, 2024. The City may also send out an addendum listing any vendor who viewed the QBS from the City's website. It is the responsibility of the consultant to ensure they have any pertinent documents from the City's website including addendums. The SOQ and any questions shall be addressed to the City of Aurora Purchasing Division, at PurchasingDL@aurora.il.us. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
