The work generally consists of upgrading the existing elevator and fire alarm system. The estimated construction cost is $1 million and $2.5 million. Bidders shall comply with all access requirements of the facility or the User Agency. Each Bidder shall bring their own flashlight and small tools that may be required to inspect the premises.
